A paler version of German bock beer.  Under German law bocks must have a starting gravity of at least 16 plato (1.064).  Brewed in the Spring.&lt;br /&gt;

Pale, strong, malty beer. Low to moderate hop aroma and flavor. Amber to brown color. Clean.  No fruitiness, ester or diacytl. Moderate carbonation.&lt;br /&gt;
